Management

Frank Keizer is project director. Frank is a civil engineer, with over twenty years of experience in the design and realisation of large infrastructural projects. As such he was active nationally for Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and the Directorate General of Public Works and Water Management. He furthermore led (large) international projects in Asia, the Baltic States and Africa.

Roger Roels is the chairman of the Board of Directors. He has over 25 years of managerial experience in general management, sales, operations, finance, marketing and pricing.  He has international experience obtained from working and living in Europe, the Middle East, the United States and the Subcontinent.
Roger Roels’ demonstrated track record includes developing new profitable businesses, improving market shares in highly competitive markets, managing expenses and building agency and direct support organizations.
