Technically advanced

Our container terminal will be the most technically advanced of the port of Rotterdam, will be fully automated and will have all it takes to handle the last generation of mega container ships as quickly and as effectively as possible:

• Super Post Panamax cranes: the most modern and advanced of their kind;
• On the quay, we will use an advanced horizontal transport system, which minimizes time loss during loading;
• The containers will be placed in and out of stack (temporary storage) fully automated;
• 550 metres of quay specifically intended for inland shipping, equipped with specially designed cranes;
• More intermodal solutions for hinterland transport;
